"I think it's a sin to sit down and let your life go, without making a try for it."
Tonight was so weird.
So I just had this awkward feeling about today. Turns out I was right. First of all, I have been super tired all day long, and just couldn't think clearly. I fell asleep several times during spanish class while she was going over conjugation of vosotros commands, which are really weird. I woke up in time for the little competition thing where she gives a verb and we have to conjugate on white boards and hold them up. I missed every single one.
So after school Erin and I go and get Austin's Bday present. WE go hang out at tech for a while and pretend to practice with the leads. Then Michael Doyle and Erin and I head to Michael's house so he could pick up his watergun before going to Austin's. I met his parents for the second time. Then they start quizzing me about prom, which didn't work out so well due to my exhaustion and the rapid-fire questions. So what is prom like here? Michael starts to answer. No, we want to hear it from Elizabeth. (Dude he went to prom last year, I think he gets it!). So I start trying to talk, and get a little ways. Then, well, what do you want Michael to wear? What color is your dress? Michael keeps starting to answer and tell them that we have already discussed this, but they just keep going. Well, what color of blue? What do you want? WHAT DO YOU WANT? Finally, I really don't care that much, I'm not a picky person. Just whatever. I don't care. Please just leave me alone. I promise I won't seduce your son anymore. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Please just leave me alone. He can wear boxers and a T-shirt for all I care. If it's not the same color of blue I could care less. I sent him a picture; he can take it to get the tux. Please leave me alone. We finally escape, after I think I showed them that I was sufficiently freaked out. We went to his back yard. He has a frickin awesome swing is his back yard that kinda scared me, but it was fun.
We went to Austin's, where Michael killed Ashley. Erin and I wait a few minutes and go inside. I apologized numerous times for bringing him, but I didn;t feel too bad because I hadn't told him about the party, he approached me and asked for a ride, and if I hadn't given him a ride, someone would have. There were two assassinations, one failed attempt, and people leaving to assassinate people. Austin was cool after the Michael thing, but towards the end, he was getting fed up with it. I felt bad for the guy. EG and I left at eleven. Now here I am, super tired, still trying to figure out that weird incident with Michael's parents, and feeling kinda bad about the whole assassins stuff. It really has been an awkward day.
