Opening Night
It's so incredible in my mind to think that tonight is over.  Two more nights and it's all over.  That's kinda a hard concept for me to wrap my mind around.  All of March and April has been musical this, musical that.  To suddenly have nothing where all this massive amounts of work and stress and stuff was, I just don't even know.  Meet Me in St. Louis is probably the most amazing thing I've done in my high school career.  Well, that and Honor's Chorus.  I will never forget this night.  I will never forget what it feels like to stand in front of a fairly large group of people and sing and dance and speak and not get nervous.  Not once did I feel nervous.  Elizabeth Golden.  Not nervous.  Not feeling like I'm gonna faint.  That's probably waht I'm most proud of.  Overcoming confidence issues.  For once, I feel proud of myself.   Yes, proud.  Perhaps that's why this night is incredible.  Not because other people are saying I did well, not because others say they are proud of me, but because for once, I believe it myself.  I'm proud of myself.  I'm proud of this ensemble.  I'm proud of what we've accomplished.Oh look, now my mascara is running.  Man, I LOVE THIS CAST!!!  YOU GUYS ARE INCREDIBLE!!!
